Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Terms" or "T&Cs") govern all use of the https://suchbliss.com website and platform (the "Platform"), including any use or viewing of any Content (defined below), services and products available at or through the Platform (collectively, "Services"), by Platform visitors and participants (collectively, "Users"), both unregistered and registered ("Registered Users"). The Platform is owned and operated by SUCHBLISS HEALTH AND WELLNESS, with registered address at 24/3, Aster, Vatika City, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana – 122018 and e-mail support@suchbliss.com ("Suchbliss" or the "Company"). The Services are offered to each User subject to such User's acceptance of all of these Terms & Conditions and all other applicable Terms of Use, operating rules, policies and procedures that are communicated from time to time on or through the Platform by the Company.

A User should read these T&Cs carefully before browsing, accessing or using the Platform or any Content or Services. By browsing, accessing or using any part of the Platform - including registration by a Registered User to open an account (a User Account) - a User agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If a User disagrees with or cannot follow these Terms & Conditions (in part or in whole), such User should not browse or access the Platform, use any Services, or register to create a User Account.

1. Platform General Description

1.1 About the Platform

Welcome to Suchbliss - India's women's hormonal wellness yoga platform. The Platform is designed to support women aged 18 years and above (and women 35+ in particular) in managing hormonal health, including but not limited to PCOS, thyroid conditions, perimenopause, postpartum recovery, weight management, and general fitness and wellbeing, through structured yoga, strength training, pranayama, meditation and nutritional guidance.

1.2 Services Provided

Users of the Platform will receive access to the following:

• Daily pre-recorded yoga and wellness classes, streamed at designated batch timings and delivered to Registered Users via WhatsApp links;
• A structured 14-day free trial program accessible upon registration and payment of a ₹1 refundable mandate (details in Section 5 below);
• A WhatsApp-based community of like-minded women for peer support and accountability;
• Periodic live Q&A sessions with the Platform's instructor;
• Access to webinars, educational content, wellness tips, and other health-related material hosted on the Platform;
• Additional paid Services and programs offered by the Platform from time to time under separate orders or agreements with the Company (Additional Services).

1.3 Third Party Links

Throughout these T&Cs there are references to instances where there may be links to third-party websites. The Company has no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from a User's use of any such third-party website. If a User decides to access any third-party website, it is done entirely at the User's own risk.

2. Categories of Users

2.1 Visitors

All Users visiting the Platform, whether or not registered, who access publicly available content.

2.2 Registered Users

Registered Users are Users who register and create a User Account with the Platform in order to access wellness content, join batch sessions, and participate in the Suchbliss community.

2.3 Subscriber Users / Clients

'Subscriber Users' or Clients are Registered Users who have subscribed to any of the paid Services or programs provided by the Platform, including the 14-day free trial and any subsequent paid membership plan, as provisioned in Section 5 below.

3. User Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access the Services, a User must register and create a User Account by providing accurate and complete information including full name, mobile number, email address, and any other information requested during registration.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Users represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current and complete. Users agree to promptly update their information to keep it accurate and current. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User Account where false or inaccurate information has been provided.

3.3 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their User Account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must notify the Company immediately at support@suchbliss.com of any unauthorised use of their account.

3.4 Age Requirement

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 years and above. By registering, Users confirm they are at least 18 years of age. Users below 18 may only access the Platform with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for compliance with these Terms.

4. Content and Services

4.1 Platform Content

The Platform hosts its own content including yoga class videos, wellness articles, eBooks, webinars, nutritional guidance, and other health and wellness material (collectively, Content), all of which is the sole property of the Company unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Yoga Class Delivery

Daily yoga and wellness classes are pre-recorded by the Platform's instructor and streamed at designated batch timings. Each Registered User selects a batch time upon registration. Class links are delivered via WhatsApp message to the User's registered mobile number approximately 15 minutes before the batch start time. The Company does not guarantee delivery if a User's WhatsApp number is inactive, blocked, or if there is a disruption in the WhatsApp service.

4.3 Batch Timings

Batch timings are offered across morning and evening slots. The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue batch timings with prior notice. Users may request a batch change by contacting the Company at support@suchbliss.com.

4.4 Webinars and Live Sessions

Webinars and live Q&A sessions are hosted by the Platform at its discretion. Such sessions are the sole property of the Company and may not be recorded, reproduced or redistributed by any User without prior written permission.

4.5 User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Share, redistribute or resell any Content or class links received via WhatsApp or any other medium;
• Forward WhatsApp class links to non-registered individuals;
• Use any Content for commercial exploitation or public performance;
• Post or transmit any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through any community channel operated by the Platform;
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt the Platform or its technical infrastructure.

5. Subscription, Payment and Cancellation

5.1 Free Trial

New Users may access the Platform's Services through a 14-day free trial upon registration. To activate the free trial, Users are required to set up a ₹1 payment mandate authorising the Company to process a one-time payment of ₹1 at the time of registration. This amount is non-refundable and is charged solely for the purpose of verifying the User's payment credentials and intent.

5.2 Auto-Conversion to Paid Plan

At the end of the 14-day free trial period, the User's selected subscription plan will automatically commence and the applicable subscription fee will be debited from the User's linked payment method on Day 15. By registering for the free trial, the User expressly consents to this auto-debit. Users who do not wish to continue must cancel their subscription before the end of Day 14 in accordance with Section 5.4 below.

5.3 Subscription Plans

The Company offers the following subscription plans, the pricing for which is published on the Platform and subject to change with prior notice:

• Monthly Plan - billed monthly
• Quarterly Plan - billed every 3 months
• Semi-Annual Plan - billed every 6 months
• Annual Plan - billed annually

All pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing with 15 days' prior notice to Registered Users.

5.4 Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by writing to the Company at support@suchbliss.com or via the Company's WhatsApp Business number available on the Platform. Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date to avoid charges for the subsequent period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period and the User will retain access to Services until that date.

Important: The Company does not offer refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period. Once a subscription fee is debited, it is non-refundable in full. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

5.5 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through third-party payment gateway providers. The Company does not store Users' financial information on its servers. By making a payment, Users agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment gateway provider. The Company shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or error in payment processing caused by the payment gateway.

5.6 Failed Payments

In the event of a failed auto-debit on Day 15 or any subsequent billing date, the Company reserves the right to suspend access to the Platform until payment is successfully completed. The Company may retry failed payments and will notify the User via WhatsApp or email.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Company Intellectual Property

The Platform and all text, images, marks, logos and other Content contained herein - including all designs, graphics, videos, information, data, software, sound files, and the selection and arrangement thereof - are the proprietary property of SUCHBLISS HEALTH AND WELLNESS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not modify, reproduce, publicly display, perform, distribute or otherwise use any such materials for any public or commercial purpose except in accordance with these T&Cs.

A User may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, post, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit the Platform or any Content, except as expressly permitted by these T&Cs. Users must not delete or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials.

6.2 Trademarks

The Suchbliss name, logo and all product or service names or slogans displayed on the Platform are trademarks of the Company and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the Company. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

6.3 Limited Licence to Users

Upon registration, the Company grants each User a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Content hosted on the Platform solely for private, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Users may not sublicense or share access to the Platform or its Content with any third party. This licence is automatically terminated upon termination of the User's account for any reason.

6.4 No Transfer of Ownership

Providing access to the Platform and its Services does not transfer any intellectual property rights to any User. The Company retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, its features, Content, tools and Services, including all copies, improvements, enhancements, derivative works and modifications thereof.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by User

A Registered User may at any time request deletion of their User Account and Profile by emailing the Company at support@suchbliss.com. Upon deletion, the User will no longer be able to access any Services provided to Registered Users. Termination of a User Account does not entitle the User to any refund of subscription fees paid.

7.2 Termination by the Company

The Company may terminate a User's access to all or any part of the Platform and / or their User Account at any time, without cause, with or without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User Account for due cause, including but not limited to:

• Any violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law or statutory provision;
• Provision of false or inaccurate information during registration;
• Sharing or redistributing Platform Content or class links without authorisation;
• Violation of any rights of a third party;
• Following a complaint received from another User or a third party;
• Following a request from any Authority, Court or competent regulatory body;
• Any act or omission that damages or harms the Platform, its reputation, technical infrastructure, intellectual property or Services.

8. Indemnification

All Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUCHBLISS HEALTH AND WELLNESS, its contractors, licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to their use of the Platform, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms & Conditions, any infringement of intellectual property rights, or any unauthorised sharing of Platform Content.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform or any violation of these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

If any dispute arises between SUCHBLISS HEALTH AND WELLNESS and a User, the parties shall first attempt to resolve such dispute amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, such dispute shall be referred to and finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Gurugram, Haryana and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between the User and SUCHBLISS HEALTH AND WELLNESS and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between the parties.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 No Waiver

The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. All rights and remedies available under these Terms may be exercised as often as necessary and are cumulative.

10.4 Assignment

Users may not assign any of their rights under these Terms & Conditions to any third party. SUCHBLISS HEALTH AND WELLNESS reserves the right to assign its rights under these Terms to any other individual or entity at its sole discretion.

10.5 Modifications to Terms

SUCHBLISS HEALTH AND WELLNESS reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of or access to the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. New services or features introduced in future shall be subject to these Terms.

10.6 Grievance Officer

In accordance with applicable laws, any grievance or complaint regarding the Platform or these Terms may be directed to the Grievance Officer: Mr. Piyush, SUCHBLISS HEALTH AND WELLNESS, 24/3, Aster, Vatika City, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana – 122018, Email: support@suchbliss.com. The Grievance Officer will endeavour to redress grievances within 30 (thirty) days of receipt.
