I joined Suchbliss sessions starting 2021 when pandemic started affecting me physically and mentally. I know most people between 30-40 years of age, even though their mind and body keep telling them that they need a fitness routine badly. They find it hard to accept it that Yoga is the way, I am one of them :D...I won't say that it's the only way, but for sure it's the perfect way to keep your equilibrium (physically and mentally) and also a way to keep yourself happy. After joining Suchbliss, I have been on and off with my sessions as still not in acceptance mode. But there is one thing for sure that I don't want to leave this Yoga program routine. Shuchita plans the sessions so that every muscle of mine get a chance to work on it and rejuvenate itself. She has a variety of exercises on different days which does not make the session boring as every time I feel it's a new exercise for me or I am doing this one after a long time. Definitely this is bringing more joy and peace within me and it's a good change. Thank you, Shuchita, for your patience with me.

Suchbliss Yoga classes have brought me physical health, but more importantly peace and an overall feeling of well-being! I feel fortunate to practice at such a welcoming studio and will be forever grateful for the knowledge I have gained! The authenticity, energy, expertise, TLC, inclusiveness, kindness, thoughtfulness are the type of things I appreciate the very most and you nurture that beautifully. Shuchita your sessions have clear instructions. You keep doing variations in the sessions to complete body and mind well-being. I don't want to miss even a session of yours. The day is refreshing and full of energy when it starts with your yoga class!! Keep bringing awareness to each one of us. You are a great motivator also. I was depressed, with less energy when I started the yoga classes. I am totally changed now. I don't get disturbed in office. I can maintain my calmness now. A total peace with good health is what I have now! Best wishes.

It's been more than one year of joining Suchbliss and I can definitely say that it has been a beautiful, graceful, grateful n healthy journey with Shuchita. I started because I was detected with a prediabetic condition n doc asked me to lose weight. Many many many thanks to Guruji for transforming my life. Few days back got my thyroid, diabetes, n full body checkup done and could see the magic of yoga n Suchbliss. Shuchita is like a magnet... She attracts positivity, wellness, goodness and most importantly love, and she ensures to make u a magnet like her. Feel grateful and blessed to be a part of Suchbliss 🙏🏻💐🥰.

Suchbliss...... The name itself explains it, this yoga experience has been such a bliss to my life. This class always makes me feel so, so relaxed with the whole body and mind. I always look forward to not missing any sessions. I feel blessed to have learned with Shuchita. She is an amazing trainer, a wonderful guru 🙏.

I had a great learning experience with Shuchita - I found a noticed improvement in my flexibility and stamina, felt rejuvenated after every class. With an optimal class size, she paid special attention to everyone. Her principle of "doing it right" really resonated with me; she also showed modifications for every asana so that students at all levels - beginner to advanced - would gain maximum benefit. What I enjoyed the most was her Bollywood choreography coupled with yoga poses on two special occasions; it was super fun. Also, she made really difficult poses easy by using props and support. Shuchi is a hardworking teacher, and her hours of preparation were evident on the yoga mat. Years of yoga practice is reflective in her calm and composed demeanor as a yogi. Full marks to her for showcasing her grit and passion every time she got on the mat. Namaste!

Even if you are a beginner or a hard-core fitness freak, Suchbliss will ensure that you are engaged throughout the sessions. I personally had never come across any such yoga sessions like hers. Thank you, Shuchita, for taking care of me.

Had a stiff knee joint and tight quads and hamstring because of ACL reconstruction surgery. My knee mobility and flexibility improved tremendously. Fell in love with yoga! I had to leave because I developed chest congestion. Joined another class which was slow paced, and I thought I would be able to do the asanas and flow and get back to Suchbliss once better. I quit that class in a month. That's when I realized how well planned Shuchi's sessions are, how well informed and involved she is. She makes it all so effortless and enjoyable, even when the flow is fast. She takes care to make us de-stress and relax. Always reminding us to concentrate on breath, which is so important. We start with meditation to center ourselves and bring focus to breath. Seek blessings and bow down in gratitude. It is a holistic wellness session, not just asanas. I love to start my day with Suchbliss! I am glad to be back. Much love and gratitude.

I finally gathered the courage to take the first step and reached out to Shuchita, still skeptical if I would even last a class! I am in my third month of yoga with her now! I still have a long way to go, but as they say, well begun is half done! If I can walk this path, it is with her support. She walks it with you, pushing you to do your best. She offers the best mix of flexibility, strength and balance! I am so glad I reached out to her because she takes care of the rest!
