At SUCHBLISS HEALTH AND WELLNESS ("Suchbliss", "We", "Us", "Our"), we are committed to providing the highest quality yoga and wellness experience to our community of women. This Refund and Replacement Policy ("Policy") sets out the terms under which refunds and service extensions may be requested in relation to Services purchased through our Platform at https://suchbliss.com. Please read this Policy carefully before subscribing to any of our Services.
This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By subscribing to any Service on our Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Free Trial and ₹1 Payment Mandate
1.1 How the Free Trial Works
Suchbliss offers all new Registered Users a 14-day free trial of its yoga and wellness classes. To activate the free trial, Users are required to complete a ₹1 payment mandate at the time of registration. This mandate authorises the Company to auto-debit the applicable subscription fee from the User's linked payment method upon expiry of the free trial period.
1.2 The ₹1 Mandate Amount
The ₹1 charged at the time of registration is a one-time payment for the purpose of verifying the User's payment credentials and establishing the payment mandate. This ₹1 amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
1.3 Cancellation During the Free Trial Period
Users who do not wish to continue beyond the free trial period must cancel their payment mandate before the end of Day 14 from the date of registration. Cancellation of the mandate during this window will ensure that no subscription fee is charged. To cancel, Users must contact us at:

The Company will process mandate cancellation requests received on or before Day 14. Requests received on or after Day 15 will be treated as a confirmed subscription and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 General Position - Services Are Non-Refundable
All Services offered by Suchbliss, including paid subscription plans, are non-refundable once the subscription fee has been successfully debited. This is because our Services consist of digital wellness content and daily yoga classes that are made available to the User from the moment the subscription commences, and cannot be returned or recalled once delivered.
2.2 No Refund After Day 15 Auto-Debit
Once the payment mandate is processed and the subscription fee is debited on or after Day 15 of the free trial period, no refund will be issued for the current subscription period. The User will continue to have access to all Services for the full duration of the subscription period for which payment has been made.
2.3 Exception - Genuine Dissatisfaction
Notwithstanding the above, if a User is genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of Services received during their first paid subscription period only, the User may request a refund by notifying us within 3 (three) days from the date of the first auto-debit. Refund requests must be submitted to:

Refund requests received after 3 days from the date of first auto-debit will not be eligible for consideration. The decision to approve or decline a refund request shall be at the sole discretion of Suchbliss, and will be communicated to the User within 5 business days of receipt of the request.
2.4 Refund Processing Timeline
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval and credited to the original payment method used at the time of subscription. The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by the User's bank or payment gateway provider.
2.5 Renewals and Subsequent Periods
The 3-day refund window described in Section 2.3 applies only to the first paid subscription period. Refunds will not be issued for any subsequent subscription renewal periods under any circumstances. Users are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
2.6 Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund
The following circumstances are not eligible for refund, regardless of when the request is made:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances after the subscription has commenced;
- Failure to cancel the payment mandate before Day 15 of the free trial;
- Inability to attend or access classes due to personal reasons, including health, travel, or technical issues on the User's end;
- Dissatisfaction with class timings, batch allocation, or schedule changes communicated in advance;
- Requests made after 3 days from the date of the first auto-debit;
- Any subscription period beyond the first paid period.
3. Replacement and Extension Policy
3.1 Service Extension or Replacement
Suchbliss may, at its sole discretion, offer a service extension or replacement in the unlikely event of a demonstrably defective or unsatisfactory service delivery attributable to a fault on the part of the Company - for example, failure to deliver WhatsApp class links over multiple consecutive days due to a technical error on the Company's end.
3.2 How to Request an Extension or Replacement
To request a service extension or replacement, Users must:
- Contact us within 3 (three) days of the date on which the defective or unsatisfactory service was delivered;
- Provide a clear description of the issue experienced, including dates and nature of the defect;

Requests made after 3 days from the date of the defective service will not be considered for extension or replacement.
3.3 Assessment and Resolution
All extension and replacement requests will be reviewed by the Company within 5 business days of receipt. The Company's decision on whether to grant an extension, replacement, or alternative remedy shall be final. The Company reserves the right to request supporting information or documentation before arriving at a decision.

Suchbliss reserves the right to amend this Refund and Replacement Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
